We’re back from a whirlwind weekend of yarn and monuments—this year’s summer conference of The National NeedleArts Association (TNNA) was held in Washington, D.C. Each summer, the organization hosts a trade-show in which yarn companies such as Berroco can show off their new fall/winter yarns to yarn store owners.
We set up our booth to display the new Berroco yarns for Fall and Winter, as well as the new Lang yarns and Amano yarns. Our Fall/Winter pattern collection officially launches June 28, and many stores around the country will be receiving their yarn orders soon.
When we weren’t in the booth talking to store owners, we snuck out for quick trips to see this incredible city.
And Amy C also modeled one of the patterns from our upcoming Portfolio Vol 2 for the Mason-Dixon Knitting ladies.
We had small Berroco project bags that we stuffed with mini-balls of our upcoming yarns for store owners and designers to take home for swatching. These project bags will be showing up again in upcoming giveaways, so watch out for your opportunity to win one.
The show is a lot of fun and a lot of work and at the end of Monday, we were all super exhausted, but still had time for a quick hug.
