We recently returned from The National Needlearts Association’s summer trade show in Ohio, where shop owners got a chance to learn about our new products for fall. The trip to Columbus was a blur of enthusiastic people, excellent food, and exciting yarns, and we had a wonderful time sharing the new fall yarns and pattern booklets. For this show, we decided to shake up Berroco’s traditional booth arrangement by adding the Yarn Bar.
Styled to look like a juice bar, we offered up pitchers containing our new yarns, ready for shop owners and designers to sit down and knit a few rows. Warren and Norah managed to get some great photos during the show:

An especially big thanks to Lantern Moon for providing needles for each of the pitchers – their needles ensured a lovely knitting experience for all our yarn bar patrons.
The weekend flew by, and before I knew it the show floor was closed and the packing was starting… And another TNNA show was done!

The yarn bar was a fantastic idea. I bet it was this Amanda’s. She seems like a smart cookie. TNNA sounded pretty fantastic. Wish I could have been there. I live the knitting circles and inspiration.
Yarn Bar! I love it! What a fantastic opportunity to try out the new yarns. Great idea!
Yarn bar?!?! That’s such a great idea & looks like it was a blast.
