Styling the Cremini Cardigan

Soft and fluffy, Talara is a mid-weight chain-plied yarn, made from 100% Baby Llama! It is light, and springy and may or may not have earned itself the unofficial nickname “baby kittens” by the Design Team.

The Talara collection features pieces ranging from a cozy tunic to warm accessory sets in knit and crochet. You can see all the pieces here!

My own favorite from this collection is Cremini. This cardigan has a lot in common with the yarn it’s made with: It is soft and cozy, but at the same time delicate and a little fancy!

I am a big fan of balloon sleeves! I love the fun dramatic look, and as an extra bonus when knitting this style, there are no sleeve decreases to keep track of until you get to the cuff!

I made my Cremini this past spring, and have worn it to the office, as a layer on cool summer nights, and even to a formal event at my spouse’s work. I have styled it in a lot of different ways. Here are some of my favorites:

Paired with an elastic waist skirt, this whole outfit is comfortable! Does this count as secret pajamas?

For a dressed up look, I love it with a black jumpsuit and heels!

The lace pattern really shines when paired with a floral dress, and the balloon sleeves complete this romantic look. It is probably my favorite combo!

I don’t wear jeans much, but I wish I had a nice wide legged pair to wear with this cardigan!

How would you style it?
