It’s time for another pretty photo/knitting pattern pair up. I had a great time on my vacation in Maine, where I had fun snapping up photos of geology, wild flowers and even a rusty ship wreck.

Of course, I did some knitting on vacation too. I worked on a blue Enter for myself. I managed to finished the front piece before I ran out of yarn and had to sit on the Monhegan Inn porch just gazing at the. harbor.
Did you knit anything on vacation this summer?
knitting in maine…. the best : )
it was a good vacation.
Last week I was at Lake Tahoe on vacation with my family. My travel project was Ysolda Teague’s Marin shawlette, knit in Ultra Alpaca Fine. I blocked it yesterday and am very pleased with the results (my Ravelry name is knitbyhand if you want to take a peek).
It looks great! I love that pattern. Here’s a link to your project page to make it easier for other readers.
I was vacationing on a little lake in the Adirondacks and started Deborah Newton’s Hedgerow. I’m using Vintage and I think it looks fantastic. You can find it here: http://www.ravelry.com/projects/jilly/hedgerow-coat
I love this yarn and pattern!
It looks great so far! I love the pattern. The difficulty level seems perfect for vacation – enough to keep you interested, but not too difficult.
