As I mentioned in last week’s TNNA in Review, Barrison tagged along on our recent trip to Columbus, OH for The National Needlearts Association‘s summer trade show. She really enjoyed meeting new people, but if I had to guess, I’d say her favorite part was probably the food! She got her first taste of strawberries, steak and of course, Jeni’s ice cream!
When Barrison wasn’t stuffing her snout, she was showing off her sparkly new dress, knit in Berroco Captiva Metallic. It wasn’t the most practical outfit for setup, but she looked great sitting front row at the Yarn Group Fashion Show (and luckily, the yarn is machine washable!). She designed it to be a basic sundress, with a drop-waist and pleats for a bit of flapper flair. It’s a great day-to-night look for any bear.
