Last year we received an email from a proud father in the UK, describing a stop motion video his daughter, Charlotte, had created using yarn and knitted textures. We loved it so much that we featured it in one of our KnitBits newsletters (it’s called “The Little Red Plane”). Charlotte Blacker has been hard at work since then, and we recently heard about her latest video, called “Stompy The Bear.”
With a deadline of two months, Charlotte pulled everything together (the knitting, shooting the video, and editing) and the result is an adorable music video for a song by Caspar Babypants:
I love, love, love this!!!!! Brilliant.
Fantastic! Keep em’ coming Charlotte, you’ve got a huge talent.
Brilliant, and so-o-o-o cute! xx
awesome little video the kids loved it
Can you get the knitting pattern for this?
So far, I haven’t seen a pattern for the bears. They’re so cute, though!
My grandson loves Casper Babypants and I would really like a crochet patern to make it for him. Can you tell me where to get one?
God Bless You!!!
Thank you,
Katie
Hi Katie,
I don’t know of a pattern, but you should check on Ravelry.
I have searched all over for this Stompy the bear pattern and no luck, is there a pattern for this bear?
Hi Karen,
As far as I can tell, there is not a pattern for Stompy the Bear. We do have a pattern for Barrison the Bear: https://www.berroco.com/patterns/barrison
