Semi-serious here:
How about Cape Town, South Africa? I grew up there, and apart from the govt problems, it’s the most beautiful part of RSA, IMO — Table Mountain, Western Cape vineyards, etc.

What about Hazard rock in Narragansett?
Also: if you can connect with someone in URI’s Oceanography department there might be a way to use the GSO beach (also in Narragansett). Belle Mer in Newport might also be a good spot (though slightly less beachy).
